Packed with surprises, Good and Bad
The room was amazing! Spacious pods for kids with reading lights and privacy panels created a perfect family atmosphere, while the unique comic decor gave the hotel a fun, vibrant vibe.
Although the area felt unsafe at night and there was visible trash around, inside cleanliness mixed with staff's rude response to requests diminished the overall experience!

The place had a family atmosphere. Location: the hotel was not far from Be Manos as well as the Gare du Midi and the Metro. The place was few metres away from Sultan Grill Bruxelles, where you can have dinner.

the style, quality and standard of the hotel is definitely unique, seems that every small account was thought, my room was quiet, stylistic, but still homey and after a weeks stay in hotels in central london- or should i say prison cells it was an amazing change.
while short distance, walking from the center to the hotel at night wasn't very pleasant, area not the best however a 2 minutes walk from the international train station. slight problem with very long and dark corridors and with v. minor accoustic problems with next door rooms

The hotel had a unique comic-themed design that was enjoyable for families.
Our experience was marred by unhelpful and unfriendly staff. When we requested housekeeping assistance, it was met with resistance and a lack of understanding. The bathroom's lack of privacy with a sliding door that didn't close fully was very uncomfortable, especially for a family. It broke my heart to witness the poor state of the area outside, with lots of rubbish strewn about the streets and a feeling of unsafety. There was also an excessive parking fee of €30 a day that felt unjustifiable considering the overall experience.

The clean and modern rooms were perfect for us. We visited some great local dining spots and checked out the comic book museum nearby. Make sure to explore the cozy plaza outside and don't miss out on the sauna.
One thing to keep in mind is that some areas around the hotel felt a bit sketchy at night, so it's best to stick together when walking around.

Location: the hotel was so close to Brussels as well as the Grand palace and other attractions. The breakfast was free, the check in was fast.

Funky boutique hotel with interesting design. Prices include a lovely breakfast and staff service was quite good, probably the most efficient check-in I've ever had. The room was huge and well-kept, and they provide excellent toiletries.
A little bit far from the centre, and the walk back may be a bit intimidating for single ladies at night as there were crowds of men hanging around restaurants on the main street. I didn't mind but others might.

Kids adored the comic-themed family room with cozy bunk beds and charging sockets. Plenty of space to unwind after exploring. Staff were super friendly and even made an effort to accommodate our food preferences.
But where was our kettle? As for the air conditioning, it seemed to be on vacation-talk about a hot mess!
